- 1/4 Red cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 3 Onions new
- 40 g Cashew nut
- 1 strand Basil
- The sauce :
- 3 c. soup Colza oil
- 1 Lime (the juice)
- 2 tbsp. soup Rice vinegar
- 1 C. soup Sweet and sour sauce
- 1 C. soup Soya sauce
- Chilli powder
- Salt and pepper
Production
- Start this Asian salad recipe by detailing the red cabbage in thin strips. Peel, rinse and cut carrots into thin sticks. Slice the onions, keeping a few inches of green stem. Crush the cashews.
- The sauce. In a bowl, combine the rapeseed oil, lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce and a few pinches of chilli. Season the seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary.
- Put cabbage and carrots in bowls. Add the onions, cashews and some basil leaves. Present the sauce separately.
